This hands on program is designed to teach basic blacksmithing techniques as a useful skill. Students will learn how to shape iron and steel, harden and temper tools, forge weld, and create
ornamental iron work. More advanced techniques will be taught to those with more blacksmithing experience. Forges and anvils are available for students to practice and produce ironware. All pieces created during the workshop belong to the participant.
